The Tasty Sweet/Salty Treat Challenge-Part 1

Sending emails to 100 Sweet and Salty Companies for coupons and freebies. What college student doesn't like some good junk food. I will post what I received and the respones to emails.

July 14, I set up the Sweet and Salty Data Base
July 18, I will contact all 100 companies. All companies emailed. I emailed some duplicated companies for different products.

What did I write.

I only wrote positive letters. I wrote how much I love their products and I listed the products by name. Example Chester's Puff Corn. I wrote how much I love their Cheddar Cheese Popcorn. I added, I really enjoy the texture and how light and airy they are. I also said, how flavor lifted my taste buds. I mentioned that we enjoy them at home all the time, and sometimes I would bring a bag to share with my class. I wrote about my kids at home and the kids I work with at school. I wrote I wasn't expecting freebies or free coupons but any money off coupons would help. (I mention that not to sound greedy.) They may send free coupons anyways. I apologized to them for my printer not working and asked them if they can sent them to my house. At the end I always say, Thank you for reading my letter and I hope to hear from you soon. Then I sign my name under my name I add my address.
