Emailing 1700 Colleges for information and swag-Part 2

I sent my first group of email June 13 and the second batch on Just 14. Thank you in advance to all the college who sent me swag and teaching me about your colleges. I am looking forward into picking a university to attend in the spring.

June 16, 2022, I received to 2 large envelopes and a box. Wow these came so quick. Two of the packages are from University's in my state and the third on is from East Carolina University. No other Informational packets arrived today

The University of New York at Fredoniasent me a blue Fredonia T-shirt and a fun fact card on Fredonia State University. Fredonia is about 2 hours away from where I live/.


State University of New York at Oswego sent me a Suny Oswego T-shirt, a draw string burlap bag/backpack, 5 pens and 2 Oswego window clings. Oswego is about an hour and a half from where I live.

East Carolina University sent me a lot of really of really cool swag. The sent me a ECU Pirates T-shirt, Sun Glasses, A large Pennant, A ECU Covid Cloth Mask, 2 ECU Pens, 3 ECU Stickers, ECU Chapstick and EDU Mini Flash Light and 2 Pens.

June 17, 2022, I received 1 large envelope from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I received an Arts T-shirt and really nice Arts Tote Bag and pen.
June 18, 2022, I received 1 large envelope from Roanoke College in Virginia. I received a college catalog and a Sticker page
June 21, 2022, I received 3 packages and 1 standard envelope.


Chaminade University, I received a information pack and a Pen.

Florida A and M University, I received an information pack

Furman College, I received an Information pack.

Quinnipiac College, I received a Magnet and Stickers. Though my envelopes looks like it was eaten by a postal machine.

June 22, 2022, I received 3 packages and 1 box.


Pacific Northwest College of Art, I received 2 Markers pink and black, A College pennant, A Post Card and college pamphlets.

Saginaw Valley State University, I received A SVSU Cardinal T-shirt and a catalog.

Missouri University of Science and Technology.   I   received A pen A postcard, Stickers and pamphlets.

NC Central University, I received a NCCU pennant, A cup, NCCU socks, 2 NCCU pens, A NCCU notepad, and a NCCU beaded bracelet.

Brigham Young University, I received water bottle stickers and a pennant.

I received 2 packages

Loyola Marymount University, I received a Class of 2023 T-shirt, really nice pen and a catalog.

Niagara University sent a Niagara U T-shirt and Pennant. Niagara University is only 2 hours from me

June 24,2022, I received 4 large informational envelope.

Point Park University, I received a informational packet.

Southwest Baptist University, I received a booklet

Texas Tech University, I received a booklet and sticker.
June 25, 2022 I received 2 packages.

Illinois State University sent me a Illinois State Red Bird T-shirt.

The University of Alabama sent me a catalog and sticker.

The Community College Swag Challenge!

Since I did the first college challenge and I am so far succeeding, I decided to do The Community College Challenge.  I did not find a list of email addresses for Community Colleges, so I went to good old Wikipedia and looked up community colleges and started visiting and emailing the various schools.  This took me over a week to send a email to every single school.  I tried mass emailing some schools using a .edu format with name of the school, with a BCC format and that was a failure, as some of the colleges have a spam or blocking system.  It is strange that I did not have this problem with the state universities.  So, I went to every community college website I could find and requested information and swag.  I figured I emailed over 500 community colleges with the same content email I used for the university and a form filler.   Thank in advance to those community colleges who sent information and swag.  Emails went out from June 24-July...

The Tasty Sweet/Salty Treat Challenge-Part 2 MAIL CALL! -- In Progress

Part 1 of The Sweet/Salty Challenge was where I emailed 100 companies in order to get free snacks and candy. I collected the informaton and it took me approximately 7 hours to email all the companies asking for freebies and coupons. On that page you will see the the company/product, the date they emailed back and their responses. On Part 2 you will see all the companies who actually sent coupons or items in the mail and what I recieved. I know some of these companies and even though they say they won't send you coupons, they will anyways. We will have to wait and find out. Mail Call! Date Receiveded 7/21/2022 Company-J&J Snack Foods Corp Product-Luigis Italian Ice Received 6 $.50 Cent Coupons Tip At Walmart they sell Luigi Italian Ice for $2.98 each. I thought I saw them at my local Dollar Tree. I reseached and found out that some of Dollar Trees do sell them. If you use coupons, that will make them $.75 each.
